General

Welcome to PawGroom.AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile app and website located at https://www.pawgroom.ai (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PawGroom.AI. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Use of the Service

PawGroom.AI provides AI-powered pet grooming previews, style packs, and optional health assessments. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Service.
• Upload or share any images or content that are illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its servers.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage.

Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately at pawgroomai@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

Subscriptions and Credits

PawGroom.AI uses a credit-based generation system and may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. All billing and subscription management are securely handled through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, using RevenueCat for synchronization.

Each AI generation costs 100 credits unless otherwise stated. Free users can earn credits through in-app activities such as daily check-ins or rewarded ads. Paid tiers receive monthly credit allocations and discounts on style packs.

We do not process or store payment card details. Purchases are subject to the platform’s own terms and refund policies.

Generated Content

When you upload a photo of your pet to create an AI grooming preview, you retain ownership of that image. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and store it as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated images are stored securely and visible only to you unless you choose to share them publicly (for example, via the upcoming community feed).

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate copyright or privacy rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All app content, design, text, software, and branding remain the intellectual property of PawGroom.AI or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

AI Disclaimer

All grooming previews and health assessments generated by PawGroom.AI are for entertainment and informational purposes only. Results are simulated and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes.

The “Dr. Paw” health assessment feature is not a medical or veterinary service and should not replace professional diagnosis or care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your profile settings. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawGroom.AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawGroom.AI, its developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Our app and website may contain links to third-party sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable state and federal laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date below. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
