• Identifiers — Unique user and device identifiers used internally for authentication, notifications, and purchase validation.
• Purchases — Subscription status, in-app purchases, and credit balances processed securely through Apple’s App Store and authorized billing partners.
• Diagnostics — Anonymous crash and performance data used to maintain app stability and reliability.

We do not collect phone numbers, precise or coarse location data, device contacts, or sensitive personal information such as race, gender, religion, biometric identifiers, or human medical data.

How We Use Your Data

All wellness insights are informational only and are not medical diagnoses or a substitute for professional veterinary care. You may delete generated content at any time through your account settings.

You can delete your DrPaw account at any time by visiting your account settings and selecting “Delete Account.”

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, pet data, images, logs, credits, and associated content from our systems and cannot be undone.

Tracking and Advertising

DrPaw does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not track users across other apps or websites, and does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. No data is shared for marketing or ad targeting purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide requested services. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal requirements.
