Your privacy is important to us. It is PawGroom.AI's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our mobile app and website, https://www.pawgroom.ai, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent, and we always let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested services. What data we store is protected using commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft, or unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law or when it’s necessary to operate our app and website. Third-party providers such as Supabase (for authentication and storage), OpenAI (for AI image generation), Google (for health assessments and analytics), and RevenueCat (for subscriptions and billing) process limited data strictly to perform their functions.

Our app allows you to upload photos of your pet to generate AI grooming previews. These images are processed through secure, encrypted connections and stored under your account in cloud storage. You may delete your data and generated results at any time.

We can permanently erase all of your personal data upon request. Simply contact us at pawgroomai@gmail.com to request deletion.

Our website and app may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and privacy practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective policies.

You are free to refuse our request for personal information, with the understanding that some features (such as account creation or AI generation) may not function properly without it.

Account

You can delete your account and all associated data by visiting your account settings in the PawGroom.AI app and pressing the “Delete Account” button. Deletion is permanent and removes your uploaded photos, grooming results, credits, and profile information from our systems.

AI Image Processing

When you generate a grooming preview, your uploaded pet photo and selected style information are securely sent to OpenAI’s image model (GPT-Image-1) to create the transformation. These requests are encrypted and never used to train AI models. Generated images are stored only within your account and may be deleted by you at any time.

Optional health assessments (“Dr. Paw”) are powered by Google Gemini and analyze photos you provide. These assessments are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Data Retention

We retain your uploaded photos, results, and account data only as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers and third-party systems.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files sent by the server to your device. Cookies help us store preferences, keep you signed in, and gather basic analytics to improve performance.

Here's how we use cookie files:

а) Identification — to recognize your device and session so you don’t need to sign in repeatedly.

b) Analytics — to collect anonymous information about how users interact with our website, helping us improve layout and functionality.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit some website functionality.

Children’s Privacy

PawGroom.AI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information has been collected from a minor, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information can contact us for immediate removal.

Security

We use encryption, secure authentication, and row-level security (RLS) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or regulations. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our app after changes indicates acceptance of the new policy.
